London Reader's Union 1939 Hard Cover Fair No Jacket
No DJ. Red boards with black titles on spine. Some shelf wear/rubbing to the cover edges and surface, mainly on the spine edges, and significant fading to the spine face. The cover has split almost the full height of the book along the right edge of the spine, but it is still attached on the other three edges. A light tan and a little foxing (spotting) to the page edges and the former owner's name written on the first, inside title page. Despite the faults, the book is very much intact and, internally, the pages are tight, bright and generally very clean. Good reading copy. All my books are carefully packed and I make every effort to despatch orders the same day. If you have any questions regarding this book please do not hesitate to ask.
